Cajun Style Seafood Pie

1/2 lb  Shrimp ,  boil and peeled

1/2 lb  Crab Meat – lump

1 – 9 inch pie shell

1 cup cheddar cheese – grated

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

1/2  green bell pepper – minced

1/2 cup onion – minced

1 – can of mushroom pieces (3 oz)

2  tbspoons butter

1/2 cup of Mayonaise

3  tbspoons  Tobasco Sauce

1  egg beaten

Directions:

Pre-bake the pie shell partially in a 400F oven for 5-6 minutes. Then set oven to 350F.  In a large skillet melt the butter and then saute the bell pepper/onions and mushrooms until tender, take off heat. Then add in Crab meat and Shrimp along with the 3/4cup cheddar and all parmesan cheese and the egg and mayonaise. Stir mixture until moist and everything is incorporated. If there is any excess liquid then drain it off. Place mixture into the pie shell and bake in the preheated 350F over for 18-20 minutes. Add the final 1/4 cup of the cheddar cheese ontop and bake for another 5-7 minutes and then Serve.  (Serves 5-6)
