Cajun Style Crab Cakes

1 lb crabmeat / blue crab
1/4 minced onions
3 tbs  sliced scallions
2 egg whites
1 tbs lemon juice
1/4 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp tabasco/hot sauce
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup crushed oyster crackers
1/4 cup  mayonnaise

Directions:

Combine crab meat , onions and then scallions in a bowl. In a seperate bowl combine the egg whites , mustard, lemon juice , worcestershire , and tabasco and mix. Then add it to the crab bowl and mix together gently.
Stir in crackers and then add the mayonnaise and combine gently. coat some foil with non stick spray and line in a baking sheet, form about 12 patties and broil for 8 minutes turning the cakes twice.
