Here is another great and simple recipe from cajun country i think everyone may enjoy !

1-1/4 pound ground chicken – mixed white/dark

1 – small clove garlic

1 – egg white

1 – teaspoon salt/pepper/onion powder

1- tablespoon of Cajun Seasoning (which ever available to you)

1 – teaspoon buttermilk (can sub 2% milk)

1-1/2 cup bread crumbs

1 – cup oil

Instructions:

In a bowl combine milk , egg white, and garlic. In a separate bowl combine the chicken with salt/pepper/onion powder, cajun seasoning and 1/2 cup bread crumbs. Slightly mix the chicken combination together and then add in the milk combo. Mix everything together into a nice ball and then from that form patties to make about 5-8 burgers depending on preferred size. Take the formed patties and roll or coat then in the cup of bread crumbs. Put the patties in the refrigerator for 25-30 minutes. Then in a skillet heat the one cup of oil to med-high , place burgers in for about 1 – 2 minutes , minute on each side. Then take the burgers to a tray and place in a preheated 300 degree oven for 12-15 minutes.
