1/2 cup cooking oil
1/4 cup of flour
2 tbs salt
2 tbs garlic powder
1-2 onions (large-1/small-2)
2 tbs sugar
2 rings of onion tops (chopped)
1 bell pepper (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 can tomatoe sauce (28 oz)
